Meet the Team Behind Karg

Holt is a third-year student at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, pursuing a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology and tracks in Quantitative Finance and AI Analytics. His work centers on designing applied AI systems that improve the reliability, interpretability, and usability of structured data. Holt has experience across venture capital, machine learning model training, and analytical systems development, including roles as a Venture Capital Analyst in Software Tech, an AI Trainer (Financial Domain Expert) across multiple projects, and an IBM Technology Consulting Intern for Summer 2026. He founded Karg to advance a more rigorous approach to dataset transformation, developing systems that enable organizations to systematically convert fragmented, inconsistent data into structured assets suitable for modeling, analysis, and operational decision-making.

Kasbarian is a third-year student at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with experience in private equity and investment management. He will be interning at Goldman Sachs in New York this summer as a trader. He is also the founder and CEO of Trillionaire Estates, a luxury real estate media platform with over 360,000 followers on Instagram. Through his experience working extensively with financial and digital audience data, he is motivated to help build Karg's infrastructure for reliable, scalable data transformation.

Rosenblum is a University of Virginia graduate with a B.A. in Statistics and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Data Science at UVA. As Chief Marketing Officer at Karg, he leads brand strategy, positioning, and market-facing communication, helping translate Karg's technical data-cleaning infrastructure into clear, credible messaging for customers. His background in statistics, data science, and applied analytics gives him a strong foundation for connecting product depth with accessible go-to-market strategy. He will also join NEON/DECAL in New York as a DECAL intern, where he will gain experience across marketing, distribution, and entertainment.
