How an engagement works
Tell us what needs cleaning
Send a short request with what the data is, where it comes from and what it is for. We reply to set up a call and agree on scope, deliverables and how files are shared.
We clean and reconcile it
Our team runs your files through the same Karg engine the platform uses: rules, specialized machine learning models and AI database agents, with every uncertain change checked by a person.
Receive your cleaned data
You get the cleaned files back, with the exceptions we could not resolve and a summary of what changed. Nothing new to install or learn.
The Data Cleanup Sprint
A fixed-scope project for one specific data problem: a migration that can't move until the records are clean, catalogs that need merging, or an export your team rebuilds every month.

- A defined set of files or exports, such as two supplier price lists or a CRM export before a migration
- Cleaning and matching rules agreed with you up front
- An agreed record volume and delivery date

Pricing
Each Sprint is quoted after a short assessment, based on the number and size of the files, how much matching and review they need, and when you need them back. You see the price and scope before any work starts.
Data that comes back every month
If the same export arrives on a schedule, we save the agreed setup and clean each new batch the same way. Recurring work is priced per engagement, and you can move it onto the Karg platform whenever your team wants to run it in-house.

- A nonprofit in the middle of a CRM migration sends us its exports by email and never logs in to a data tool. We cleaned its donor and workplace-giving records and sent the files back for its team to review.
- A marketing firm works with us directly to bring every client's data, scattered across several CRM platforms and databases, into one standardized source of truth. We clean it on a regular schedule, so the firm reports from the same trusted numbers for every client.
How your files are handled
By agreement, you can send files by email or a share link, with no account to create. We process them in a separate workspace, review the uncertain values, and return results the way we agreed. Emailed files are deleted from our mailboxes within 24 hours of being loaded into the platform, and files in the platform follow its 72-hour deletion rule.
